Experience

Rakesh founded RNS in 1996 after working for several leading firms of Chartered Accountants. His attention to detail and ability to work closely with clients led to rapid growth. He has extensive experience in dealing with SME related issues and high net worth clients. Over the last few years he has also been working with multi-national companies helping with their accounting audit and international tax matters.

Outside work

Rakesh has done a parachute jump, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and run a half marathon. He also enjoys eating out, watching movies and travel.

Experience

Rita trained as a VAT Officer and worked for HMRC for many years. She helped Rakesh set up RNS in 1996 and is now in charge of operations at RNS. She ensures the smooth running of the Practice, reminding clients of deadlines, answering their queries, dealing with staff planning and generally making sure that client work continues without interruption.

Outside work

Rita enjoys Bollywood movies, eating out and travelling.

Experience

Raj joined RNS in 2023. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 and established his own Chartered Accountancy firm in 1987, after gaining invaluable experience at one of the top 10 Accountancy firms. He has been advising family-owned businesses for over 35 years on all aspects of accounting and tax matters. Some of these businesses have grown significantly over time, Over the years, Raj has also helped many clients through the Mergers and Acquisitions process. He is very passionate about providing high quality client service and is easily contactable and willing to go the extra mile to provide impeccable client service.

Outside work

Takes part in Charitable work and is a Treasurer of a UK registered charity. He likes socialising with friends and family, hiking and travelling.

Experience

Hitkaji joined RNS in 2006 and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2010. Hitkaji oversees supervising all client work including accounts preparation, personal and corporate tax and audit. He trains and manages the team who provide our client bookkeeping service, VAT preparation, payroll, Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and company secretarial services.

Outside work

In his spare time Hitkaji enjoys watching football and socialising with friends and family.

Experience

Sulan joined RNS in 2012 and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2015. Sulan specialises in preparing VAT returns, payroll, producing accounts and dealing with personal and corporate tax. Sulan is an excellent team player and “loves to help clients in any way possible”.

Outside work

Sulan is a family person who spends most of his time with family and friends. He is also a keen football follower and loves watching television.

Experience

Rangaraj joined RNS in 2017. He has over 25 years of experience of accounts preparation, VAT returns and payroll work. He is in charge of our payroll department and supports our outsourced services team.

Outside work

Rangaraj is a family man with a strong interest in music, especially the old classics.

Experience

After graduating and achieving a degree in Business Studies, Nik has been working in the accountancy field for over 10 years mostly specialising in VAT. Nik joined RNS in July 2019 and is responsible for providing our clients with bookkeeping services, assisting in the preparation of VAT returns and helping with client administration work.

Outside work

Outside of work, Nik enjoys following football, listening to music (used to DJ) as well as socialising with family and friends.

Experience

Cristalina joined RNS 2023.She worked as a senior accounts assistant with a firm of Chartered Accountants for over 10 years.She is a qualified Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT). Cristalina is part of our outsourcing team and is responsible for bookkeeping, VAT returns and management accounts work.

Outside work

Cristalina loves spending quality time with family and friends.

Experience

Bejoy joined RNS in 2018. He completed an MBA in International Business Studies and is an ACCA graduate. Bejoy's responsibilities include bookkeeping work and preparing VAT returns.

Outside work

In his spare time Bejoy likes to spend time with family and friends. He also enjoys watching cricket and football.

Experience

Sanmati joined RNS in 2022. She has a Masters Degree in Business Operations and is a part qualified Indian Chartered Accountant (IPCC level). She has three years of work experience in general practice and she is AAT qualified. Sanmati is part of our outsourcing team and is responsible for bookkeeping, VAT returns and management accounts work.

Outside work

Sanmati enjoys bollywood music and horror movies. She likes traditional festivals with traditional food and practices yoga.

Experience

Haaris joined RNS in 2022. Haaris qualified as a Chartered Accountant with BDO where he worked on a range of audit and accounts clients. He subsequently moved to Alvarez and Marsal where he advised corporate and private equity clients on M&A and restructuring options. His previous experience includes advising both owner-managed and private equity owned businesses, across a range of industries including retail, leisure and hospitality, healthcare, insurance and technology. Haaris is responsible for the overall smooth running of all client affairs at RNS and attending to all client matters.

Outside work

Haaris is a keen sportsman who plays squash, cricket, golf and tennis.

Punita joined RNS in 2022. Punita has studied AAT and is an Accounting and Audit Graduate. She has several years’ experience working as an accounts assistant. Punita works in our bookkeeping, VAT and Payroll services department.

Outside work

Punita enjoys bollywood movies and music. She also loves cooking and travelling.

Shamim joined RNS in 2022. She holds a Merit in AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting. In her previous roles she has worked as a teacher. Shamim works in our bookkeeping, VAT and Payroll services department.

Outside work

Shamim enjoys bollywood movies and music. She also loves spending her spare time with family.

Rajit joined RNS in 2023. He is a part qualified Indian Chartered Accountant (IPCC level). He has several years’ experience working as a Senior Tax and Finance Accountant. Rajit works in our bookkeeping, VAT and Payroll services department.

Outside work

Rajit Loves to spend time with Family & Friends, Watching movies & sports, Playing cricket & travelling.

Experience

Sohil joined RNS in 2024. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in India in 2019. He is currently pursuing ACCA qualification in the UK.

Sohil has 10 years of experience in audit acting for clients in finance, oil and gas, media and entertainment, trading, hotels, travel and tour operator industries.

Sohil is also responsible for producing accounts and tax returns for our clients. Sohil is a team player.

Outside work

Sohil loves to spend time with family and likes to listen to music, enjoys swimming and exploring new places.

Experience

Bhargavi qualified as a Chartered Accountant in India in 2021. She has worked as Senior Tax Accountant in India and has experience in Audit, accounts, GST returns and Audit, TDS returns and Audit and personal tax returns in India.

Outside work

Bhargavi likes to listen to Bollywood songs, dancing, travelling, cooking, and watching movies.
